Pediatric and Off-Label Cataflam Indications
Cataflam is not approved for use in children.
On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Cataflam for something other than the conditions discussed above. This is called an "off-label" use. Some examples of off-label uses of Cataflam include the relief of:
- Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis symptoms
- Fibromyalgia symptoms
- Symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE for short or lupus)
- Gout symptoms
- Cancer pain
- Pain or inflammation caused by other conditions
- Migraine headaches.
Cataflam does not cure any of these diseases, nor does it slow their progression.
