Celebrex 200 Mg Capsules

 Celebrex® (celecoxib) is a medication that is frequently used to treat conditions such as:
 

 

It comes in the form of capsules and is typically taken with a glass of water, with or without food. Depending on the condition being treated, Celebrex is usually taken once or twice a day. The capsules should be swallowed -- do not break, chew, or crush them. In clinical studies, some of the drug's most common side effects included indigestion, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
 
Four strengths of Celebrex capsules are available. These include:
 
  • Celebrex 50 mg
  • Celebrex 100 mg
  • Celebrex 200 mg
  • Celebrex 400 mg.
     
The recommended starting dose for most people with osteoarthritis is 200 mg -- either once a day as a single 200-mg capsule or as 100 mg twice a day.
