Gengraf Drug Interactions

If allopurinol, ACE inhibitors, digoxin, methotrexate, or several other drugs are taken with Gengraf, interactions are possible -- and can be quite serious. For example, drug interactions can increase your risk of potentially serious side effects, such as seizures, kidney problems, and shallow breathing. To minimize the risk, your doses may be adjusted or you may be given a different medication altogether.
