Serious Side Effects

  • Painful urination, difficulty urinating, or urinating more often than usual
  • Frequent urination, increased thirst, or blurred vision, which could be signs of diabetes
  • Unusual bleeding or bruising
  • Persistent abdominal pain (stomach pain) or discomfort
  • Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice)
  • Mood or mental changes, such as depression, anxiety, or confusion
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Pale skin
  • Dizziness
  • Swelling in the arms, legs, ankles, or feet
  • Unexplained weight gain
  • An irregular heartbeat
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Seizures
  • Muscle pain or weakness.
