Gengraf® (cyclosporine) is a drug prescribed for the treatment of psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis that is particularly severe and has not responded to other treatments. It is also used in combination with other drugs to prevent rejection after a heart, kidney, or lung transplant.
The medication comes in both capsule and liquid forms, and is generally taken twice a day. Most people tolerate it fairly well, but side effects are possible, such as high blood pressure, tremors, and dizziness.
