Glucosimin

Were you looking for information about
Glucosamine? Glucosimin is a common misspelling of glucosamine.

Glucosamine is a supplement that is usually used as an osteoarthritis treatment. It is derived from the shells of lobsters, shrimp, and crabs, and is often used in combination with another dietary supplement (chondroitin). While early research was almost uniformly positive, later research has shed some doubt on the effectiveness of glucosamine for treating arthritis. To help ensure safe use of the supplement, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider before taking it if you have high cholesterol, asthma, or diabetes.
