Generic Voltaren

Voltaren was originally developed by Novartis Pharmacueticals; however, now that the patent for the medication has expired, a generic Voltaren can be manufactured and sold. Several companies produce the medication, which is sold under the name Diclofenac Sodium tablets. As with the brand-name version, generic Voltaren is used to treat pain, swelling, and stiffness often seen with various forms of arthritis.
